Join your fellow Flathead Area Young Professionals for Beer with the Boss featuring Tagen Vine of the Flathead Valley Community College Foundation.

FAYP's Beer with the Boss events give attendees the opportunity to learn from a successful person in the Flathead Valley. Hear their story of success AND the mistakes they made so you can learn from them too.

Flathead Area Young Professionals is open to all young professionals ages 21-39 and is FREE to Discover Kalispell Chamber members & their employees. Not a chamber member? No worries- you are welcome to attend FAYP events up to two times to check it out, then you join FAYP individually OR join as a Discover Kalispell Chamber member. Meet your speaker:

Tagen D. Vine | Flathead Valley Community College Foundation

Tagen serves as the Chief Development Officer at Flathead Valley Community College Foundation.  He joined FVCC in December of 2021.  He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources and received his Masters in Business Administration with a Healthcare emphasis from Colorado Tech University.  In 2017, he was honored as an Honorary Alumni of the Montana State University-School of Nursing.

Before working at FVCC, Tagen most recently worked for Kalispell Regional Healthcare, now Logan Health, for 16 years as the President of their foundation.  Before that he was an executive with the Boy Scouts of America in the suburbs of Chicago and in Western Montana for 10 years.  He also served as a Campaign Officer at the Billings Clinic Foundation in 2005 before coming back to the Flathead Valley to assume his role as President of the KRH Foundation. 

He is the past president of Montana Health Care Communications and Development Association, past president for the Governor’s Office of Economic Development-Montana Ambassadors, and Past President for the Rotary Club of Kalispell.  He sits on the boards of the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce where he currently serves as immediate Past Chair of the Board, and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.  He is married with three girls ages 15, 17, 20 and enjoys skiing, golfing, fishing, and other outdoor pursuits.
