Speakers include:

John Caldwell - Kalispell Job Service. John will present Retention strategies for the Flathead. From setting your employees up for success, setting expectations for ongoing success, to tactics to reduce turnover.


Dan M. Vogel - Vitalize/Xanterra. As the assistant director for Xanterra for food and lodging in Glacier National Park, Dan has achieved 90% in a notoriously challenging industry. He will share leadership strategies and mentoring as two tools for your tool box. Communications and values are top of the list.
